True, although, that's more a function of the deck and the matchups (low curve and aggro). You're very likely to draw your turn 1 or turn 2 plays and keeping A Call to Arms means that even if you fall a little behind on board, you can make up for it with a very powerful turn 3/4.

I've lost games with Razakus Priest by keeping Raza/Anduin against an aggro deck and getting my face caved in by turn 5.

Mulligans are a place a lot of people misplay that subtract from their win percentage. I'm sure there's a matchup where you shouldn't keep Corridor Creeper (one where it's unlikely that your opponent is going to clear you little minions early), maybe Razakus or Control Warlock.

After I play a game perfectly, like not overextending into AoE, I think "maybe I can hack it in a tournament." Then I watch Thijs vs. Ostkaka's Freeze Mage mirror and know I'm not even close to their level.

These are the winning decks from the last 3 Hearthstone World champions (Firebat, Ostkaka, and Pavel); the Hearthstone World Championships start tomorrow. Also, rumor has it that when you log in over the next three days, you'll get a free pack.

They also include unnerfed versions of the cards, so hurray for Undertaker, 2 mana War Axe, 2 mana innervate, charging Force of Nature etc.

However, no unnerfed Patron Warrior sadly.

I didn’t pay too close of attention to the start of the brawl and just about had a stroke when I saw my opponent was Firebat. It made a lot more sense when I saw the name change for my second match.

Nope, OG Patron Warrior was nerfed before the World Championships that year, so the championship deck is the Midrange Version, instead of the Warsong Commander + Frothing + bunch of Patrons OTK version.

Got Midrange Shaman vs. Combo Druid. Totem Golem continues to be a stupid card.

I ended up piloting Patron Warrior vs aggrolock. My opponent missed lethal, tossing soulfire into Dr. Boom instead of my face. Next turn I stabilised at 2, thanks to a lucky boombot toss, with him at no cards in hand. I'd already seen both doomguards and one soulfire, and he was at 15 with the only things on board my 10/3 berserker, and my fiery war axe. He tapped, got nothing, and conceded.

I wound up playing Yogg Druid versus Miracle Rogue, and had my opponent concede on me after he misplayed horribly, casting spells before playing Auctioneer in a turn. Guess he must have never played a deck that used Auctioneer back when they were meta.

It's pretty funny to run into un-nerfed versions of cards when you're already so used to the nerfed ones. Like realizing how Force Of Nature represents burst damage. And Innervate is pretty good when it gives two mana.

Now I can't remember if the Auctioneer nerf was before I started playing; it seems to have always been 6 mana to me.

Played Malygos Druid against Miracle Rogue in the brawl -- it was kinda fun, even if because I probably haven't played much Malygos Druid before. Had to butcher half my combo to take down a SuperEdwin, but won at the end.

Nope, this is nerfed Yogg. Also, the deck was created post-nerf Yogg, so it's true to the deck.

There's a bug - they recommend logging out and back in a couple of times. If that doesn't work, contact customer support.

I was ready for the charge damage from Force of Nature. I was not prepared for Soulfire being 0 mana.

Firebat's rogue deck even has 5 mana auctioneer. There's actually been quite a few balance changes in Hearthstone's history.

Well I got my Frozen Throne pack today, so I guess it's just a delay which is good. I'd rather not go through the hassle of ticket submission for a persistent problem; those things tend to take time.

Weirdly enough class experience from brawls mostly goes to priest. Do you think this is the default flag for these? Or are those reskinned priests? Also quests don't progress like you have expected them with that brawl.
