Don't forget the AOE Justice Syndicate proc.

The Hek with the SM mod outclasses the Vaykor Hek until you start getting into serious end-game mods (rank 6+ Primed Ravage and the like).

I don't doubt the Vaykor Hek would eventually outshine the Hek. But it feels like it's really a small percentage difference at best for like triple the effort.

[EDIT] In unrelated news, I just scraped together enough Ducats and blew them all on building the Paracesis.... 2 days before Baro appears. My timing is impeccable.

Oh, well.... One more thing off my list of Things That Need Grinding. Next stop; murmurs, Requiem Relics and Parazon mods, and then.... about 5 million credits so that I can finish building my Railjack. Good times!

All of this sounds very familiar. I need the same 5 mil and then more so I can actually rank up a lot of my prime mods. And not only do I need ducats for Baro, but I could really use more Forma blueprints.

I've got plenty of cash but need to farm the new resources. And I can always use fissure runs for void traces and forma. I have a bunch of vaulted relics, though I can't refine them at the moment.

I also still haven't farmed Atlas Prime and all of the new Prime weapons. Can go into more detail when I get home, though I won't really have time to play until maybe Friday evening.

If you're just looking to open as many relics as you can as fast as you can, keep an eye out for when a Capture Fissure mission goes up. Capture can be completed in 3 minutes a run, and aside from completing, all you'll have to do is take out enough enemies to get your relic unlocked. Efficiency!

Personally I'm a fan of Lith Excavation as it can be done pretty fast, doesn't need exiting to continue, and basically refunds your relics.

Exterminate, Capture and Rescue Fissures are optimal for speed running. Bring an AOE speed frame like Volt, click 2 and 4 occasionally and run through the map as fast as possible. I think you can generally get about 2min 30 secs from ship to ship (counting load screens). But yeah, endless is convenient in that you can sit in the mission. On the topic, I seem to need more Axi A6:s or then just buy Atlas P Neuro. But 50p for a random piece feels stupid so I guess I'll just farm it. Two radshares later it's still eluding me.

Um...what's a Twitch Prime account and how does it differ from regular Twitch? And if I set one up, how long to I have before I miss the promotion? Free stuff is good, but as you've probably noticed, trying new things is scary for me.

You get twitch prime if you subscribe to amazon prime. There's a free trial you can use if you haven't already, but I wouldn't actually pay for a subscription just for ember.

While those missions ARE easy to do pretty fast, a properly handled Excavation Fissure really isn't any slower since you can run multiple excavators simultaneously, usually bringing mission complete time down far enough that the limiting factor is really getting reactant as fast as possible. Cutting out transition time between the mission means its even more time efficient. I suspect its at least as fast as other methods, if done right.

If speed is your only consideration, sure. But a lot of times I'll run an endless because I'm also leveling a new weapon or frame, or farming focus, or there's a resource I need on the planet (this mostly applies to argon crystals). Or sometimes I feel lazy enough that I'd rather take a little more time and not have to deal with the mission completion screen and launch another.
