Not new to OOTS, but new to the forum...and VERY old to D&D (I started in 1979, with the Blue Box edition and B1 In Search of the Unknown).

I’ve occasionally hit upon this forum while doing searches to help me plan for the annual Introduction to D&D summer program I run for teenagers at the library where I work. So I decided to join up and make the most of it!

Hello all~

I'm relatively new to OOTS(a week) and ttrpgs(~2 yrs) but I've had a lifelong love affair with both fantasy novels of all types and comics like Calvin and Hobbes, Pogo, Tin-Tin, and later on more serious and often darker works. I wasn't able to play DnD as a kid so now that I'm a bigger kid I decided to get into the hobby and have fallen in love with it.

I discovered this forum while researching stuff for the game I run. I like how friendly and inclusive it seems to be here, I hope to be able to learn a bit and add something valuable to discussions!
