Default Monster Build Submission for Publication. What do you think? Is it over powered?

I'm making my first monster for publication and it:

    1)Has to be CR 10.
2)All the stats have to be correct.
3)Does the description and flavor text compliment the mechanics?

Can you help me answer these three questions above?

A major chaos surge blasts through the region, affecting an Uncontrollable Transformation spell just being cast. An unsuspecting doppelganger stands affected by this event and spell, with the result showing greenish hue skin and a muscular build. This shapechanger now delights in its unpredictability spawning fear, and confusion wherever it goes. It relishes sowing chaos whenever it shapechanges into one of itís terrifying forms, growing more powerful by sucking the abilities from it's defeated foes, but it does have a secret vulnerability!

    Predathon
    Medium monstrosity (Shapechanger), chaotic neutral
    Armour Class 15 (natural Amour)
    Hit Points 110 (17d8+ 34)
    Speed 50

    STR 18 DEX 12 CON 14 INT 16 WIS 18 CHA 8

Saving Throws: Dex +6, Con +6, Wis +8
    Skills: Insight +8, Perception +8, Deception + 6
Damage Vulnerabilities thunder (added to any shapeshifting form regardless of immunity or resistance)
Damage Immunities piercing and slashing from nonmagical weapons
    Condition Immunities paralyzed, restrained
Senses Darkvision 60í, passive Perception 18
    Langugages Common, Celestrial, Dragonic, Abyssal
    Challenge 10 (5,900 XP)

Shapechanging Chaos The Predathonís shapechanging is at will (free action) up to 5 times a day (if it chooses) into one category larger of equal CR. Each shapechange is fueled by the nature of chaos, so it must be chosen randomly from the list of it's drafted opponents; roll a d6 and choose; Algorith, Bone Swarm, Demon (Rubezahl), Devil (Automata), Fear Smith, or Golem (Salt). It canít shapechange into a second form until a short rest. Once it transforms, it gains all the new hit points, abilities, skills, class, race, languages, saves, and spells, if applicable and able. The Predathon does not regain any of its original abilities when shapechanged. If itís reduced to 0 hit points, then the creature is returned to its original form with any extra damage added to the original formís hit point total. The Predathon can choose whether to hold, drop, or wear equipment while shapechanging. If wearing equipment then it will function as normal. The GM can choose if itís practical to wear or use the equipment. When reverting back to normal form it reverts back to its previous hit points, plus any current added damage. The Predathon is still vulnerable to thunder damage regardless of the new shapeís abilities.

    Defensive Chaos
The predathon has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

    Seduction by Chaos
The predation has advantage on Charisma (Deception), and Wisdom (Perception, Insight) checks.

Innate Spellcasting. The predathonís innate spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save 16), +8 to to hit with spell attacks. It can cast the following spells without needing spell components.

    Chaos Confusion
Constant: confusion per the spell (always centered on the predathon with 10í radius), detect thoughts.

    ACTIONS
Multiattack. The predathon can make three claw attacks. Melee weapon attack: +8 to hit, reach 5í., 1 creature. Hit 18 (2d12+4) slashing damage.

    Chaosís Embrace (Recharge 4-6).
You bring a ferocious amorphous attack spunfrom the raw power of chaos faster than a blink. You can use a single attack action ability (requires recharge ability) from any creature

    A second version with;
    1) Intro text changed.
    2) CR 4 monsters and shapeshift 3 times per day then short rest needed.
    3) Chaos Embrace changed.
