Link And Picture Adding Post Amount Not Working (Sorry)

Sorry for posting another problem pretty much straight after my first one, but they sort of go hand in hand.

So, I've posted 10 times in total, but am still getting the message that I cannot post links or pictures. Are the requirements to post 10 times in all, or in a single day? And if it's in all, why do I keep getting this message?

Posts in Message Board Games don't count toward your post count (source: User Titles & Post Counts), so that's probably why you're still getting that message.
