Oh, he will, and Hookshanks will as well since you nearly killed him, and he's pissed about it.
In fact, the horrid little gnome will be leaping off of the stairs at Silas, which should probably provoke an AoO from him, should he wish to take it.
Hookshanks is in bad shape, a solid hit of just about any sort should drop him, so whether Silas wants to use his sword to make sure, or just punch him in the mouth with a fist, is up to you.
Note, however, that unless Silas has Unnarmed Strike or some sort of fist weapon (spiked gauntlets? brass knuckles?), his AoO will provoke an AoO from Hookshanks in turn.
Might be worth it to preserve that poisoned blade for Giggles, but eh - Giggles is a fighter type so his Fort save is pretty good (though not to the point of "fails on Nat 1" me thinks).
I didn't actually intend to kill EVERYONE. It just sort of happened.

Much as I hate to waste it, it makes sense to react to Hookshanks approach with lethal force. Unfortunately Silas only has the sword. His Swordcane, aside from not being equipped, is currently tucked away in his bedroom. There may be a spiked gauntlet in his future.

    Swinging falchion: (1D20+8)[10]
    Damage: (1D10+4)[8]

Fort save (in case of self-poisoning): (1D20+5)[7]

Quick bit of rules weirdness: Thug #2 doesn't auto-fail his reflex save. The unconscious condition does not prevent you from making reflex saves, although being helpless means his dexterity score is treated as if it were 0 and he takes the -5 dex penalty associated with that.

also do you think I can get behind thug 1 or 2 without provoking aoo from one of them? I mean to say move diagonally from the stairs to the loading dock?

I'm not the DM, but: to my eye, assuming you're trying to get flanking with me:

You can get to flank on thug 2 by either provoking an AOO* (from a prone enemy, so probably not too bad) by the obvious path, or possibly by going via M4-L5-L6-M7, but that would require going over the height of the loading dock somehow (Climb? Acrobatics to jump it?).

I don't see any way to get to O7 without passing through a threatened space.

*There's always the option of using Acrobatics to avoid an AOO; that's easy enough to get to flank on #2 (one roll, and you have enough movement to get there even at half speed through that one square), I don't think you can quite get to flank on #1 though, as the path is too long and/or you have to travel through multiple squares (so eating too much movement).

**Beyond THAT, there's always the option of using Acrobatics to go THROUGH these guys, which would work great, but has the drawback of being harder and eating multiple AOOs when you fail it (and stopping movement where you don't want to be).

I'm prepared to be corrected though. :)

Yep looking at the map I don't believe I can maneuver without provoking AOOs from both thugs, my acrobatics is weaker then I'd like for this so I'll be fighting straight for now.

Y'know, I should have remember that rule Darvin, as I gave my players Reflex saves to avoid certain death from splash damage one time while they were down and bleeding out.
    Here's the thug's.

    (1d20-5)[6]

That should actually be a 7 due to the Thug's +1 Dex, but even without the -5 penalty he'd have failed by one. So he keeps the 4 Acid damage, which combined with Aliani's love tap leaves him hurting. Miz almost kills the poor guy outright from her first punch!

So, the loading deck where the thugs are fighting Aliani from is open - it's just a wooden deck with a set of stairs leading up to it, without much of a safety railing.
Ergo, it would be relatively simple for Miz to just step diagonally from her current position at N4 to M5, and then circle around the thug to get flanking at M7.
That will still provoke an attack of opportunity from the prone thug.

*But* Miz can also just five-foot step to the right, up onto the loading deck at N5, putting her in direct melee with the two thugs.
That will allow her to full-attack the two of them, dividing up her attacks between them after one of them falls over.
That would be the more efficient option, obviously, since it drops both of them, although I do not know if that's perfectly ideal as it then gives Yargin a clear shot with his next bomb at Aliani and/or Miz (probably Miz because damn that is a terrifying amount of damage).

Also also, no matter how many attacks you have, you only ever get one attack per standard action barring things like Pounce.
I'm guessing Miz doesn't have pounce (yet, thankfully for my poor bad guys! ) so by moving beyond just a 5' step, she only gets one of her claw (or the bite) attacks.
Ergo, my support would be to just 5' step up and blenderize the two thugs, but I will wait for confirmation rather than making a decision for Steveodore (particularly when there is the potential downside of opening up the group to a clear shot from a Yargin bomb - those things *HURT* people!)

Also, rolled Will Saves for that group inside - only Yargin is still awake at this point (only 1 HD left on the Sleep after Bloo & the Thug go down).

And yeah, Beastmorph alchemists (especially beastmorph vivis) are well . . . beastly.

I keep misremembering things darn. in any case I'll take your advise Inpectre and go for 5ft full round attack.

I'll deliver the attacks to the thugs in the descending order I rolled them. So first claw attack, second claw attack and then the bite.

Beastmorphs are great! I could have gone and been totally gross and chose boarkin skinchanger, and get myself a full suite of natural attacks and then really scum it up. But theres too much and then there is too much.

    Tweeking my post now then.

Update posted! Silas had a *very* lucky round - I was expecting him to get rocked this turn by being surrounded by two of the fight's heavy hitters, but they both (barely) missed.
Of course, now he's in range on a full attack from a hasted Giggles, which could be very bad for him. He could always withdraw up onto the stairs though, which would buy him another round, at the cost of not getting any attack and an AoO from Hookshanks.
I imagine he's going to try his luck with putting Giggles to sleep with his poisoned sword though.

    You guys are up!

I was thinking of taking a double move to keep yargin pinned down, I'll be down to 10 hitpoints on his turn but I don't think he can easily take me out in close range at least until the next round.

Probably should have taken my shield extract before.

Dalen has not seen Silas since he went inside the front door.
He did see Yargin flee into the back, and likely heard him yelling at Hookshanks and Giggles inside about 'dealing with that guy and going outside" to deal with you.
So it wouldn't be hard for him to put two and two together on that front.
But if you'd like him to pursue that other priority, feel free!

Miz gets an AoO into Yargin's back as he throws an acid bomb at Silas on his turn, provoking an AoO from her.
(He was hoping to drop Silas so he can run through those squares to get on the far side of the melee from Miz.
He fails on that count, but only just barely.
Of course, Hookshanks also gets hit by 4 Splash damage, fails his Reflex save, and falls over dying at -1 as a result of that too.
