News Some Help with advancing undead
Hey.
I'm playing a dreadnecromancer and just came across the necro carnex in MM4.
I felt it was a bit low on health. Is there a way according to RAW that allows me to add HD to the creature or is it just role-playing
Other help to improve this creature would be appreciatedLast edited by fish175; 2018-02-01 at 03:46 AM.

Re: News Some Help with advancing undead
Which system is this? It is looking rather like D&D3.5 which is a different sub-forum to this one (this one is anything not D&D/PF and any D&D before 3.0) as such this sub-forum caters to a vast range of games and we really cannot help without knowing which one you are playing.

No problem, honest mistakes are usually tolerated quite well.
For 3.5 I don't know of any methods to advance creatures according to their MM entry other than DM fiat. Some classes, feats and spells can add templates to creatures or boost them in other ways (e.g. druid animal companions) but I don't know any for standard advancement - others might.

No worries! Forum browsing on devices can be a pain.
