Darths and Droids, Grandline 3.5 are the ones I think will be most obviously fun to you.
A neutron walks into a bar and says, “How much for a beer?” The bartender says, “For you? No charge.”

Later: An atom walks into a bar an asks the bartender “Have you seen an electron? I left it in here last night.” The bartender says, “Are you sure?” The atom says, “I’m positive.”

The Order of the Stick is a good one too, assuming you haven't already read it given where you're posting this.

Dito on the previous ones, all great reads.
I can recommend Goblins with a grain of salt: At least the early chapters with which you should start anyway: good jokes, unusual viewpoint of a low level goblin adventuring party.
The storyline eventually becomes epic while the characters are still low level, which is bad imo. But it's all running for a decade now, so you'll have fun reading it before running into the issues that the author copes with nowadays.

Are you sure you don't like anything aside from d&d? Dozens of the best comics are fantasy or Sf based but not in a straight d&d way.
