    Default https avatart?

so this was rather trick for me, when I tried to change my avatar, after a bit of confused I realized what I was doing wrong. I tried putting link starting with https instead of http. Removing the s fixed that but I feel stupid after panding so much time with that little thing. I wonder dose it have to be this way?

So... the question is: if you get the web address to a random picture on a random non-giantitp site wrong, can the giantitp forum software help you guess which address you actually meant?

More why giant tip can accept Https[...] links for avatars. It dose for "[IMG]" and removing "s" allows same links to work.

Given Https means in inscription, as opposed to http that makes connection public.
