    Default How would this affect....

You can tune your destructive blast more towards inanimate objects than creatures. When you use your destructive blast this way, you deal +1 damage per die and deal full damage to objects, ignoring any reduction that would normally apply from being an energy attack, ranged attack, ineffective weapon type, or similar effect, though hardness still applies. Anything other than an inanimate object struck by this kind of destructive blast only takes half damage from it.

    So, a few questions.
    1. If your destructive blast is an AoE (cone, sphere, line, etc), then you would do collateral damage to the environment, right?
1.5. And if it deals enough damage to break through a barrier, say a wall, the AoE continues until the next wall?
1.75. Is it at full or diminished strength after breaking through?

    2. If it's just an AoE, peoples' equipment are generally spared, correct?

    3. Can you specifically target equipment for demolition?

Questions like this are best asked in the AMA thread. Nothing in your thread title is likely to attract the notice of...well, anyone in particular.

In short, the AOEs act just like normal spell AOEs.
