RIFTS Vampire Kingdoms character assistance please.

Premise: PCs are kibble...HEROES tasked with the destruction of 7 vampire Masters (worse than ‘regular’ masters...yikes!)

Sourcebooks: (no exceptions, the GM is firm on this)

Rifts Ultimate Edition.
Vampire Kingdoms (revised)
Vampires Sourcebook.

Banned (or limited): Dragon Hatchlings.

Starting level: 1.
Any perks at start? Nope, you get what is in the base OCC/RCC description.

So with that in mind, suggestions on RCC/OCC? Any special combos to keep in mind? I thought Tech-wizzie had potential...but the rules don’t even cover how to make a water pistol :( and I don’t want to go through guessgineering.

So thinking of a werecreature (easy to play) vamp hunter, a mage vamp hunter (not as easy, but I have experience with casters), or even a generic Vampire Hunter...but they sound too close to kibble.

Suggestions and ideas welcome!
