Bertie slowly works his way person to person, making sure no ones injured, and generally just being a chatterbox, trying to elevate everyone's spirits a bit.

I learned my abilities during my time with the elves, robina, I dont think that we'll have much luck finding another druid among my people, they have clerics though.

Post Re: A Test of your Prowers, The Endless Guantlet

I use the allotted time (if possible reset 1 razor trap #3), and gtfo as best as possible to the rest of my team. Eyes peeled for anyone out of place.

I would like to be 15' to 20' behind the large group and make it seem as if I'm just going in the same general direction as the mass, but this time: "I'm not with the band". Still wary of guards and noble-ish type people.

Once with the group: I think we made it without incident

I had got the idea from what your fellows said that weren't the highest level druid around here. So we will have to see. A cleric would need to be more powerful, and that also requires a bunch of diamonds we don't have and the complete body.

Reincarnate was also going to be my go to option if one of us had dropped, like Oorth nearly did. If we don't even have access to that we are going to have to be even more circumspect.

hey I like being a human!

How do you like not being dead?

We aren't swimming in cash and even if we were I don't think we've met a single spellcaster around here who isn't us, let alone one capable of Raising the Dead.

Have to take what we can get

well, you know the gnomes are known for trade and theres always scrolls

Yeah that's plan C. Plan B is find a druid for reincarnate. Plan A is "don't die"

    Jase:
Well this seems as good a place as any to law low, I dont know what you guys are up to, but ill keep an eye on Everpine till it settles down and maybe one day we can all go home..

after this, Jase and his group move into some abandoned buildings, the party is still at hazeltown. and I believe I said it was a couple hours walk from there to where the gnomes where, however the night is already upon you.

Scavenge to see if there was any food left behind, if not distribute rations.

Setup watches for the night, Robina will take the last. One PC with one member of Aboleth for each watch.

Did Robina find out anything about the way the inhabitants went?

If nothing happens overnight, leave the escappees and Aboleth behind and ride quickly to the gnomes for a meeting before returning to see the Mayor and the Prince at noon

Right, sorry forgot about that. Robina notices that the tracks are indeed leading in direction to which the Inhabitants left, the tracks are noticeable up to about 100ft away. After which you can no longer accurately track the movements. But nothing says they had been attacked. Atleast by what you can see.

You find no extra supplies in the abandoned building.

And to make this interesting everyone roll d100 for your watches.

Question Re: A Test of your Prowers, The Endless Guantlet

I use this time to get washed up and once over for healing and / or if razor trap was sewer grime coated for disease.
I'll be ready in a few, after being down there again, I just want to wash up and make sure we can live another day. Honestly I'd forgotten what it was like. Is there anyone that can help or show the new comers where to rinse off, we don't know how long they have been down there.

Thinking to self, that being someone else is trying to yourself in the shoes of someone..."joining a little at the uptake of the last conversation".

Hey, what watch does that leave me on?

When they come and get me / enough time before my turn... Oh, yes my watch, begins to walk towards where we are watching...Oh! my clothes and armor! Dons those before watch and checks in properly.

    1)where are we watching
2)what have we seen so far
    3) news of the mass (of people?) that have left.
    4) munitions and rations
5)do we have a password or a "safe word" password to walk by without incident, safe word to put us on edge, but not tip the hat ex: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Aquo2FU1oRI

The party washes up for the night and begins there watches. The cold air draws on and a fog rolls in (-2 to spot checks) lambda tries to make small talk with the PCs that amounts to nothing more than useless banter.

    The night is relatively calm

During robinas watch the archer from lambda that she is paired with for the night is being unusually talkative
    Archer:
and then... then I said... wait for it.... bananas! Bahaha

    Listen and spot checks robina.

you sense that its his way of dealing with hard times, rather if he didn't laugh he would cry.

however you notice out of the corner of your eye a shifting shadow out in the distance. its there and then its gone again, as if it was never there to begin with. the fog makes seeing it especially difficult.

    Evocation [Light]

    Level:
    Brd 0, Sor/Wiz 0

    Components:
    V, S

    Casting Time:
    1 standard action

    Range:
    Medium (100 ft. + 10 ft./level)

    Effect:
Up to four lights, all within a 10-ft.-radius area

    Duration:
    1 minute (D)

    Saving Throw:
    None

    Spell Resistance:
    No

Depending on the version selected, you create up to four lights that resemble lanterns or torches (and cast that amount of light), or up to four glowing spheres of light (which look like will-oí-wisps), or one faintly glowing, vaguely humanoid shape. The dancing lights must stay within a 10-foot-radius area in relation to each other but otherwise move as you desire (no concentration required): forward or back, up or down, straight or turning corners, or the like. The lights can move up to 100 feet per round. A light winks out if the distance between you and it exceeds the spellís range.
to end the equivalent of 4 lanterns out towards where she thinks she saw whatever it was

Robina's lights move quickly in the direction of where she thinks she saw something move, once the lights get there however nothing can be seen clearly with the intense fog. But whatever was there if there was, isn't anymore.

w-wait what's that over there?! he points in the general direction of everpine just beyond the lights you can see a shadowed figure coming closer, seconds later the shadowed figures grow in width nearly constantly as it gets closer.
