Thunderous Smite, Tempest Cleric
Who wants to talk about how it is a damned shame the tempest cleric doesn't get thunderous smite?
Who really thinks fog cloud is really more on brand?
And I can't see a way to grab it without wasting levels to multiclass into Paladin. What a shame.

Well if it is open to you, the zeal domain from plane shift: amonkhet gives you all the best parts of the tempest domain with some other, better parts too. Including thunderous smite.

Oh Crap,
Going out in a BLAZE OF GLORY would be the best way ever for a character to die!
If you ever got them to level 17....
