Default Possible options for players on mobile?

Hello, all; I'm in need of some advice.
An online group of mine is looking to start a weekly session, but a member of ours only has access to a mobile device - a cell phone, specifically.
We were originally going to use Roll20, but I'm not sure if that works. Right now our only option is to use Discord for chat and post the maps directly there, but that's obviously not optimal.

Do any of you know a good way - or even a functional way - of running an online RPG with a smart phone?
That's all I can think of, at any rate.

What system you're running would probably be relevant.

    I believe roll20 allows phones if you're a subscriber.

If you have Chrome as browser on your smartphone, you can request Desktop version of any webpage, which will force Roll20 to load properly on your phone.

Note that you will have problems moving tokens and the like, but you can access character sheets and at least see the map from it, as well as interact with the chat.
