Rhone pins the creature and Jacquez catches it with his scythe. The edge of the scythe catches onthe creatures tough skins, but still cuts the creatures chest opening knocking it out.

All the Lizards attacks land. The creature is ripped apart, limb from limb. Rhone is covered in blood and viscera. The last two lizards bow to Rhone and Jacques and start flying away.

Jacques drops to his knees and shaders a little bit as he feels the poison in his system and at how revolting the imps were.

Jacques drinks his extract of Cure Light Wounds and casts Create Water to douse his hands and Rhône to wash them off.

After he’s able to clean himself up a little bit he finishes making his way to the market and sells off the remainer of Gardren’s stuff.

Jacques decides to spoil himself and Rhône for lunch He spends 10gp on food for the two of them and an additional 5gp on bottles of Kovosan Port and a bottle of Gin.

If he’s successfully able to sell everything he tries to sell he makes 4381gp.

Additionally he looks for someone who can identify his mystery oil and mystery wand.

Jacques gets to the Gold Market and is overwhelmed with smells of foods, perfumes, and leather. There is a life to the market that persists through all the chaos taking over the city. Jacques manages to sell everything easily at different stalls. He makes 4381gp. At one shop of an enchanter that sells magic items, Jacques get the wand and oil identified. The oil is oil of keen edge and the wand is a wand of acid splash with 28 charges.

After identifying the wand and oil, the enchanter offers to buy both.

Jacques sell them off and finds a quality grocer to buy his food and a couple bottles of port.

Next Jacques finds a stall at the market to buy himself a men’s courtier outfit and appropriate (50gp) accecories (earrings and bracelets) to go with the outfit. Once he’s able to find an outfit that suits him he has it tailored and sent to his apartment.

As he’s waiting for the suit to be tailored he prepares next spells in his new spell slots and a new extract. (Total time 16 minutes).

His next stop is to the nearest high profile guard post. He’s guessing that most of the city’s guards are busy trying to calm down riots but he hopes he can find an administrator he can turn the Shiver he found and Gaedren’s ledger over to.

Before he leaves the Gold Market Jacques makes sure to buy a map of the city to avoid getting lost.
