    frown RIP Greg Stafford

Greg Stafford who designed one of my favorite RPG's Pendragon and had a hand in some of my other faves Call of Cthullu, RuneQuest and Stormbringer recently passed away.

I met him a few times, the first time when I was still a teenager, he seemed kind

Rest in peace indeed. I never met Stafford personally, but he's always been a particularly admired designer for me, and from everything I've heard about the guy a good person as well. We've lost a luminary.
I would really like to see a game made by Obryn, Kurald Galain, and Knaight from these forums.

I'm not joking one bit. I would buy the hell out of that.

Damn, that is a shame. Glorantha is one of the richer settings I've look into, and by all accounts he was a serious pioneer in the field. I'm sure he'll be missed.

Oh no... I hadn't heard that he had died. As a huge geek for Arthurian lore, Pendragon has always been on sort of the upper tier of games for me. I'm still hoping 5.2 gets an actual physical release.

We've lost an icon of the industry, for sure.
