It hurts, but you still have to do it... a bit further... everyday, because if you don't, you loseeverything and have to start from the beginning again. But if you push too hard, you can hurt yourself, and then you'll have to start from the beginning again... what was I talking about... right! It'll be OK, you'll get used to it eventually. And, you know, when you see yourself getting better, it feels nice - even if it still hurts!"
