That fighter might be called Rob Redblade. This guy has a blue hilt (if the name were not enough). Also he is not a fighter. I say, no, that does not count.

Hmm. So it's not Bluepommel either. We'll have to search in Azure city then, it has the most blue things. How about Azurite soldier with a sword in #436 seventh panel? The same guy also appears in #433 and #438, and #440 then reveals that there's a whole troop of soldiers with identical blue swords. One is still there in #446. #447 then shows that some of the paladins in the throne room have blue hilts too. So it's your choice now.

Find someone casting a lightning spell with the visuals actually showing zig-zagging lines as if the lightning was starting, but then we find out that the spell is actually counterspelled. This is very much unlike the expected visuals such as #166 where the counterspelled Chain Lightning produces no visible lightning effect at all.

(I actually don't know if they ever do, but I didn't want to look through every strip to be sure.)
