That one is tricky, because popcorn normally refers to #82 with the MitD eating popcorn, but here you're asking for a different reference. It's not the talking popcorn in #301 either (see also #1140).

The actual answer is #251 first panel, where Belkar wants to get popcorn to watch Roy and Miko fight. This question would have been too easy if I used the transcript, so in cases like this I don't look at the transcript until after the hint. Instead I solved it using past trivia threads. OQ.

I mean, on the Airship Elan could have done so if he wanted. Dragged Tarquin back onboard, Haley and V tear him to shreds, the works. Since they are actively running away, as long as there isn't a Contingency on one of the others in the form of "if [Member of Vector Legion Dies], [Teleport to location of death] and [Sending to a high-level Cleric]", then they could have disposed of the body instantly (Disintegrate) and forced them to need to do a True Rez in order to get Tarquin back. Unless they all have some of his hair on hand for use in Resurrection. While Malack is ironically the only one who can be killed permanently, the Order could have added a second to the pile if Elan decided to and certain bits of plot are left ambiguous.

I remember one of them is Haley, stating his age in #168 eighth panel. For the rest, I have to look up in the Class and Level Geekery thread, which lists character ages. Roy says he's 28 years old in #500 twentyfirst panel, Durkon says he's 55 in #732 ninth panel, Pompey says in #258 third panel that he's 43. OQ.

#744 second panel, phoenix liver is expensive because it has to be cut while the phoenix is still alive. (Also spice, since the sandworm appears any time it's callected and eats the workers, but that's not really explained in the strips.) OQ.
