    Is this a good summary of flight rules?

    Asjara, posting in blue, will also fly from time to time, though she cannot stay in the air, so her flying rules will be even simpler.

    Yes, it's a good summary. That appears to be the latest rules- they completely redid the flight rules as the edition went on, hence asking the question.

    We're approaching the first danger point for PbP games I found- the first major scene change.

    Any suggestions on how to handle it? it doesnt matter what we decide as long as we're all on the same page, not waiting for other people to decide how it works.

    Unless the conversation goes in a weird direction, the next scene will be searching the ruins for signs of the oasis. Doing so will involve making a bunch of skill checks. To indicate that you're ready to move ahead to this scene, begin making said skill checks.

    Sure thing. Perception: (1d20+6)[18]. Dungeoneering: (1d20+4)[20]. Nature: (1d20+11)[21].

    In case there's anything moving, any clues on the ruins themselves, or in the flow of the dunes (or more recent tracks).

    Not to be entirely mercenary but we may want to have a default party order with the small flying creature at the front to scout, followed perhaps by me or Asjara (the tankier ones). Mostly, SSana||ona will employ his talky-talk if needed, but he's not trained in Perception.

    Correct. You can see some sand on the stairs and floor, but nowhere near enough to block your down or even seriously interfere with movement.

    Hey, is everyone OK that we delve downstairs? Do you have any ritual, martial practice, whatever you want to cast before we enter?

    Asjara does not have any of these (being a non-martial non-caster), so all she can do is getting some light source and keep alert.

    Thornís done. Also, the dice apparently hate Thorn- I rolled (either for an actual attack or for preparation) 5d20s and ended up with a 3, a 4, two 6s, and an 18 that the dice gods must have been intending for someone else.

    They have an AC 17, Fort 16, Reflex 18, Will 16.

    Yeah. You don't have to take your turns in the same order when they come up. For example, Asjara could take their turn without waiting for the rest of the party to act first. This reduces the need to wait on somebody else during combat to the bare minimum.

    Auras with similar effects don't stack unless otherwise specified, and the same aura twice is as similar as you can possibly get.

    Oh, in this case Asjara's Breath of Chaos also allows her to shift a number of grids, but she chooses to remain that grid to mark all enemies, which is impossible if she is positioned anywhere else. That she is now flanked is hopefully mitigated by we focus fire on the viper 1, and in case we didn't finish it off, Asjara has to count on her incorporeality (for reducing damage) and font of life (for resisting other effects). So I guess her current positioning is a price she is willing to pay.

    I have taken note of Quick Formation. In the future I will take it into consideration. Thanks a lot!

    EDIT:
    Yeah, I now realize how useful shift 2 is. By moving after SSana||ona and using her own move action to shift, it's a whopping shift 3 and basically can place herself wherever she wants. Then she can troll everyone in incorporeality. Let's try pull this off in the next encounter if it makes sense.

    Also, I need to clarify that Breath of Chaos only grant CA to Asjara herself. Thankfully it does not affect anything. I will be more careful in describing effects in those OOC boxes next time.

    I feel it's unnecessary for Asjara at this point, whose HP is at 52/61 and expects to take more damage in the next turn due to no more incorporeality.
    Thorn could probably use some healing though.

    EDIT: do you guys want to slide viper A? I'm planning to use Gale Strike on viper B, which will allow me to slide every opponent by 2 grids if I hit.
