Issues uploading avatars?

So, I have an image that I made and want to use as an Avatar;

I made it using inkscape, I can scale it indefinitely. I can crop it and will gladly do so to get it to fit in the allotted space.

However, where ever I load this image, the URL link is too long for the submission link.

Does anyone know why that is? What websites are good for uploading Avatars?

EDIT: OH! Almost forgot, I need a website that will let it keep it's transparency, so a .PNG site.

And what are the dimensions of the avatar?

I make avatars, and I use imgbox for pic uploads. The max resolution for avvies on this site is 120x120.

My current avatar is PNG and has transparency.
