Heavy Trip is a finnish comedy movie about a young and shy metal band. It is a metal-roadtrip-growing-up comedy I thought would be weird, slapstick and silly.

It was silly at times, but mostly it was charming, full of warmth and clever observations. It felt like walking through Wacken during the festival, it felt like being at a really cool party with friends. It felt amazing and fun, and I wish it would have played more than just three days at the local cinemas, because I absolutely want to see it again.

If you get the chance to watch it at a cinema and you have even the most remote interest in anything metal - do yourself and watch it.
