Well, in essence you gamble. If only two people hide outside the barricades, yeah, those two may be in deep doo. But otherwise you're playing percentages.

You can figure out how many people are safe in the barricades. Above that number, it's 100% a roll on the dangerous things happening chart.

For hiders when the 'cades are full, the chances of getting selected and having to roll on the chart are much less.

right now, the smart thing to do is hide, but that depends on lack of 'cades. In the inverse situation, Hiding is dumb.

Wiping herself down from the muck of the vents, Trix is shocked to see people talking about some "Gattling Gun" and how it will save them!

"Uh guys... are you like, thick? The gattling gun is in the wreckage, and it looks really heavy... It will probably take most of us to lift it to get it to the barricades..."

With that, she turns to the vampire hunter, "So why do you think there's a vampire hunter among us?"

*Dean puts his hand to his stomach for a bit and remembers that he hasn't eaten properly in a few days.*

I was in that room for a few days and had nothing but Junk food, I'm generally the one to eat a well-cooked, healthy meal. also sometime it might be a good Idea to go take a look at my car, last time I checked it wasn't broken into so there is a good chance that it should be fine now...I've got quite a few tools that might be useful"

She was surrounded by a horde of Zombies, and the group she was with was filled with potential cultists and now a vampire. She rubbed her hands over her head and neck as she tried to figure it out.

"So... your saying you HAVE seen one? Just not here?" She asked with her back turned. "Do you know how to kill them?"

Red helps the failed rescuers haul the gatling gun back into the barricades. He eyes it up mistrustfully, as well as the ricketty and poorly repaired barricades.

"Well I'm glad the vampire hunters here, but I sure don't trust those barricades for another night. I'm going to see if I can find my uncle!"

Red heads off into the mall, hiding elsewhere (his uncles hardware store).

"Well if I'm honest..." Trix begins but then stops herself. "No, listen, they sound stupid to me. And I know Zombies sound a little fair fetched too, but here we are staring at a bunch of them ready to eat us!"

She looks at the horde, that have started to make their way closer to the barricades and swallows deep.

"Everything has changed now..." As she drifts off into thought. "Its much easier to believe your just a conman, or your another one of those cultists trying to confuse us."

From deep within the vents a sudden BONG! echoes from within, followed by an annoyed "Ow!"

"Look, if you want to get your stuff from your car, I'll take you there tomorrow!" comes the yell from within, "We can't get out right now, not while the zombies are so active, so be patient!"

"If your gonna point that gun anywhere I suggest you point it at those walking dead people out there, that just happen, JUST happen to want to tear your flesh from your bones and eat you alive!" She shouts. "Thats MUCH worse then some creepy goth enthusiast who has taken he's social group choice a little too far!"

"Okay guys, That's enough! I don't know what the hell you're fighting about. But is this really the time or the place? We can throw accusations around tomorrow but for now, we need to focus on a place to hide. Understand?!"

He looks with a stern expression on his face at Trix and Dean.

Trix walks away from both of them a short distance as she rubs her neck again.

Stupid Zombies... Stupid Vampires... Stupid Cultists... All a load of Bull... She thinks to herself.

"Okay guys, That's enough! I don't know what the hell you're fighting about. But is this really the time or the place? We can throw accusations around tomorrow but for now, we need to focus on a place to hide. Understand?!"

He looks with a stern expression on his face at Trix and Dean.

"Tell me Trix! Did you wake up this morning feeling like you slept in an awkward position? Blood in your hair and felling a little bit of pain in your neck?!"

She doesn't know what to say to Dean, so she turns her back to him and the group, trembling slightly with a small tear falling down her face.
