Looking for a Nature deity related to the Underdark - or something most similar to one. Thanks!

You are looking for material for your RPG campaign, I think you would be better off posting in the RPG subforum

Most Underdark deities are evil, unfortunately, but there's a notable exception in Callarduran Smoothhands, true neutral gnome god of earth, mining, and darkness.

Technically dwarvish and gnomish gods are Underdark gods. So that would be your best bet.

Well, caves and underground are part of nature, so any nature god works.

Ibrandul was the Forgotten Realm underdark deity, he was Chaotic Neutral. He technically got killed by Shar during the Time of Troubles, though she kept his church in place, at least for a while. He may have been resurrected for 5e, it appears sources are unclear on this point.
