Well I'm now having semi regular depression bouts (one to three times a week) about my social problems and insecurities, if this continues for another couple of weeks I'm going to talk to my GP about it.

I had to shave due to the puking. It was extremely sad because as a fan of the local hockey team, Nashville Predators, I am breaking with the playoff tradition of not shaving until the team is out of the playoffs. My brother said I will because of our team losing.

I couldn't help it! beards and puke don't mix!

That's rough man. Hope you're able to shake it off without having to see your GP.

Beards and a lot of things don't mix. Heck, even food. I can eat with the caution and discipline of a heart surgeon in the operating room and still wind up with half of what I was eating hanging out in my beard like it pays rent.

Unfortunately I'm so used to having a beard that last time I shaved it off I felt like I looked like some kind of alien. So the beard is staying, inconvenience and all.

I've noticed it now heavily pushes me towards channels I've found recently. Which is kind of something it always did, but that's changed from being a couple of suggestions after every video to half the suggestions loaded when I'm on my mobile. Also a massive decrease in how much it drags up channels I've not seen in a while, which is a shame as those are the channels I'm more likely to watch more of. Like, do I really need more LGR when I watch their me videos within a day of them coming out

WRT depression: I understand that compared to a lot of people I have it good, but it's still not fun to experience, and it's even less fun to have to explain why I'm crying in the middle of a shift.

Anyway, I'm going to finally be buying a proper gamepad for my PC, if only so I can emulate the PS2 games I still have the disc for more easily (I miss Persona 4, and Jak and Daxter).

As a fellow sufferer of depression, I must say: if you have depression (in the clinical sense) and you've managed to make it this far - you are strong! Keep going! I know you can do it!! If you feel like you can't keep going, I understand that also. I've felt that myself in the past. I guess in my own case, I've managed to get some really good therapy, which cannot be overrated.

He looks so cute. Also, when I move him over, he stretches out, walks over the bed, finds a different space on it, and then goes right back to sleep. I give up after time 2.

It doesn't help that it's hard to be annoyed by a cute little fluff all that is just the best thing ever.

Every time I go to my hammock, for instance, my larger cat immediately goes to join me, and hangs out for most to all of the time I'm there. He's lately taken to jumping in the hammock with me. If he's been outside for a bit and I come out for whatever reason, little dude bolts to me, jumping fences like it's nothing. That's one loyal buddy, he can sleep wherever he's comfy far as I'm concerned.

I'm really questioning these numbers. Getting a 4 at all involves a pretty huge cat and a pretty tiny human, and if you extend that the other way (large human, tiny cat) you get a lot more than 15. Before I basically adopted the neighbors outdoor cat from them fully* I was more than 15 times its weight, and I'm not that heavy. A friend of a friend is over 2m tall and built like a football lineman, and while I don't know how big his cat is I'm willing to bet he's over 15 times as heavy.

*There's an arrangement, I'm not just stealing a cat.
I would really like to see a game made by Obryn, Kurald Galain, and Knaight from these forums.

I'm not joking one bit. I would buy the hell out of that.

Part of it for me is that every cat I've had enjoys your company so it doesn't hurt to give it. Especially if you are in grad studies snd don't have much time during the day to spdnd with them.

The only problem I have is that it's hard to both cuddle my cat, who wsnts to be held, and get under covers where it us warm.

I'm probably about 15 times the weight of my cat. She's an average sized cat, but I'm definitely a very tiny human catperson.

I was born in the same year as my parent's first cat. By the age of four I was trying to pick him up, and being rebuked for it. I think four is probably a two year old child and a two year old cat, which is a young adult, that's not far out, depending on the size of the cat. Fifteen is probably low.

Why don't people realise that desert spoons are a thing? Why do they think the thing you ready your Spotted Richard with is a tablespoon? That's the thing used to serve from dishes!

Context: my work accidentally ordered the wrong spoons. At least the soup spoons could be used to eat.

I figure a really big cat can hit 20 pounds, and 80 pounds is within a normal if small adult human range. I didn't actually specify adult though, so that's on me. Double checking verified that 20 pound figure, but also indicated that a small adult cat could easily be 9 pounds, which would make a 150 pound person comfortably over 15 times the weight of a cat. Lots of people are over 150 pounds.

While know that one should adopt cats that don't have a home, I'll be honest I really want a Norwegian Forest Cat. It's the closest I'll get to a pet lynx.

I happen to have an atypically precise number for my cat's weight because she was at the vet's two months ago-- she was 5.38 pounds.

She was born only two years after me, and had recently been losing weight, so the two of us really ran the whole gamut of fluctuating size differences together. There could definitely have been some points in the past two decades when she was 1/5th my weight instead of 1/25th.

ION: I'm surprised not to have seen anything about Notre Dame on the forum, Random Banter or otherwise. Have I just missed it?

And I will, also nearly four months ahead of time, say that judging by all the prior times that has been referenced in RB, combined with the general reactions to non-sequiturs, that it will likely get no response.
