The wizard spends the very last of his magic to shield himself from the attack. He then disengages and flees to A8.

The bard disengages and runs to I1. As a bonus action, he casts Healing Word on the fighter.

The fighter attacks Bear-Elcan with Booming Blade. As a bonus action, he uses second wind.

Both the bard and the wizard seem very close to death.

Elcan, in his bear form, is kind of growing weary. So instead of attacking he releases his form (he'd be harder to hit that way anyway) and then uses Cure Wounds on Gretro: (1d8+3)[9]

Rounds before fighter wakes up: 8

    An'on drinks a potion. (2d4+2)[7]

    Gretro drinks a potion. (2d4+2)[6]

Rounds before fighter wakes up: 7

Gretro dumps his own potion down Elcan's throat. (2d4+2)[8]

    An'on positions himself at C2.

Elcan will cast Flame Blade and position himself at C4.

Rounds before fighter wakes up: 6

Gretro readies an action to attack when Elcan attacks, turning his rapier at the fighter's jugular.

An'on raises his rapier over his head, ready to swing straight down at the fighter's stomach the moment Elcan swings.

Elcan then turns the flame blade straight and sticks it straight forward into the fighter's eye.

Flame Blade is auto-hit, auto crit: (6d6)[18] fire damage

If he survives, the other two will make their attacks with advantage at the awakened fighter.

    An'on's rapier to the fighter's stomach: (1d20+5)[17] or (1d20+5)[6] hit: (1d8+3)[11]
    Gretro's rapier to the fighter's jugular vein: (1d20+5)[7] or (1d20+5)[6] hit: (1d8+3)[9] plus (1d6)[4]
If I remember correctly he used his last spell slot already, so that's 29 damage.

The fighter screams as the flame blade is plunged into his eye, but Anon's rapier finishes him off. Gretro swings immediately afterward, but can't even seem to hit the fighter's dead body.
