Way to Make Personal Range Spells Touch or Short Range

After looking briefly at lists of metamagic feats for 3.5e and Pathfinder, I can't find a way to give spells with a range of Personal to other party members. Is there any way to do this offered by a Splatbook somewhere?

Spellguard of Silverymoon's(PGtF) 4th level ability is the only way, unless you use items. It's kind of limited, though.

There's also the share spells approach via the Symbiote Su ability and the ring of spell storing.

For the spellguard approach, it's standard to pick up the feat Magic of the Land to widen the scope of application.

Craft skull talismans (Frostburn)?

Glyph Seals (MIC), Shallantha's delicate disk (Lost Empires of Faerun), and chardalyn (Lords of Darkness/Silver Marches). I think Attune Gem (MoF) could also work. If you don't want to spend a feat, you can use the focal stone spell instead.

Channel Spell from Spellsword (Complete Warrior) or Ordained Champion (Complete Champion) should work.

Via the Runecaster PrC, craft runes (FRCS, PGtF): any spell qualifies to be placed in a rune so long as it's prepared and it's a divine spell. No UMD is needed to activate a rune, and it's a standard action. Runes last indefinitely until activated via touch, they're a more efficient form of potion.

There is also the Master Specialist capstone for Abjurers, but it's a) a 10 level PrC investment and b) arcane Abjuration spells only.

Which specific spells are you after? There may be another way to get that effect onto others. For example, if it's a transmutation spell, the Brown-Fur Transmuter archetype of the Arcanist can share it with others. If it's a psionic power, there are a couple of different ways, like Fusion or Soul Crystal.
