Default Is there audio software to change your voice?

I'm looking for some kind of software (preferably free) that will let me record myself and alter the quality of my voice. I want to have effects done in advance for my d&d game, like the big bad's voice echoing laughter or something. Just thought I'd ask here in case anyone knew of something.

By RAW, you have to stop playing with the guy.

Audacity is what you want if you're looking to record and edit sound.

Of course, knowing which effects are good for what you want to do is a different matter entirely, but you can probably play around with the default effects and find something passable.

voicemod is the best software to change your voice.

Clownfish and Audacity are the two I've played a little with.

Clownfish is for realtime stuff, like when you are chatting on Discord or similar. Audacity can do that (I think) but it's really a fully fledged digital audio table/mixer.
