Default Evocator’s personal gravity doesn’t have to be towards the surface

Personal gravity only requires you to be within a foot of a sufficiently stable surface, and even named liquids as possibilities. It does say that as a result of this power they can run on walls and ceilings, but it doesn’t limit the direction to only perpendicular to the surface. This means they can choose to have their gravity point up a wall, and “fall” upwards. Or “fall” sideways along a floor or ocean surface.

Scorn Earth means this is misty a matter of speed, but still, it’s an option.

Anything else people can see to do with this? Am I misreading the RAW?

IMO, the ability states exactly what it does: "she may move on walls, ceilings, etc. as if they were level floors, including being able to run, jump, and take 5′ steps." Nothing more.
