    Default Magic Jar and abilities

I am not quite clear on which abilities are meant by the spells description of "mental abilities" and "natural abilities".
To be more precise, would for example an Unseely fey keep its Supernatural abilities when in another body? Or the DR that scales with HD but is "untyped" as to its origin?
Also, while the spell mentions that one can not choose to activate an extraordinary ability, some are "activated" by default such as regeneration. What about those?

Anyways, grateful as always for any input :)

You'd keep the ones that are mental and lose the ones that aren't. Assuming I'm looking at the right entry for Unseelie, things like their magic circle would be mental, while things like their touch would not be mental.

Regeneration would qualify as an "automatic" ability. So if you possess a troll, you get its regen.
