Likewise, Longshot is trained to shoot things, not romance mares.

That doesn't stop everyone from wanting him to do so. I shall not adjust my expectations in this matter.

It's cool. Rose has put away her little black book of shipping. She's just trying to be a good teammate here.

I think it has something to do with a deformed art style, dragons and an overzealous language filter.

Well played, as that could describe the site's main comic and the former one that once resided on this site. XD

@DKS Woops, sorry. I hadn't transferred the armor specs over from the last thread. I've now got a rough list on Post #4 (of this thread). If you were having trouble finding the stealth upgrade, this will hopefully be easier than look through the last thread.

Now, talking is a free action, granted. However, the book states that neural commands are not much faster than speech.

Does that imply using Neural Interfacing to alter weapon settings and programs would also take time and therefore still require a Ready action?

Hmm, to me it seems like the intent of a neural interface is to allow someone to change a setting as a free action. Just be reasonable on say, one switch per round? That's how I read it.

It might be easier to imagine things as voice activated.

I would say it is a free action, but one that is still restricted to once a round.

This is kinda like the Iron Man movie, where Longshot took the "Funvee" while the rest of us are on the "Ho-humvee".

And then the Funvee took a roadside bomb to the face.

Ah, OoTS and it's pretentious moralizing. It's like a cranky, old man lecturing the younger crowd.

Anyway... I don't believe it would be in character for Longshot to pull something like that. Love, maybe. But LS... I'd have to think about a way to do it.

Okay. This is... weird. I've been checking the thread since yesterday and there weren't any new posts. Now, all of a sudden, there are five from last night to today.

Is anyone else having forum trouble?
