It seems like Rose did that in style! Rose didn't even lose her turn!

Ah! That would be a flashy way to do that. Mages. Won't even take a step backwards.

It's a fancy move, but it does have risks. It costs 2 FP to use (can only use it once per turn) and failing the Body Sense check means Rose misses a turn due to the stunning of teleporting. Basically a typical High Risk-->High Reward move (but with a skill check against 15, it's very likely to at least get her out of the way of the danger).

Huh. That is useful to know. Block spells can only be used once per turn. That seems to be a general rule in blocking spells (instead of on the spell) so I never read that.

    Being stunned would suck.

That COULD turn into a crit success since the skull is only a mile away...

It's for balance so that us spellcasters don't cheat like Midnight does.

    *Blinks into Celestia's bathtub*

Celestia: "If I didn't know you, I swear you were a stalker. Well, since you're here..."

    *gives Rose the scrub brush*

Is Rose going to take a turn? She made her body sense roll?

Ah. Gotcha. Longshot and Love team up again! Instead of boxing together, they've joined sides to take the fight to the aberrations!

Don't really have options that work on these particular targets. I would use a glue spell, but their ranged weapon isn't something that could be disarmed, so it doesn't stop them from attacking us.

Shooting is just efficient and they're starting to die off anyway. Might as well help them along.

Alright. Longshot may have destroyed his targets. They still stood together though! I don't know why, but I very fondly remember Longshot and Love's boxing match.

We got a big long list of grenades, but sometimes the best option is just to shoot. (Mostly Stun lasers for Love unless her target is undead.)

/nod Get 'em Rose! Get those undead blobs!

I've been thinking. Since power armor suit of kills body language. What would people think about adding face cams to our huds/neural interfaces? That way we can see each other whenever we are talking!

She was gonna, but by the time I sat down to post, the danger was already taken out so I didn't see a need. Everyone had good rolls to end the fight quickly.

I don't see a need for it; in combat we're paying attention to the enemies and outside combat you can make your armor transparent or fold it into subspace.

Yeah. Putting a camera in the armor seems like overkill, really.

LS was reacting to Love shooting a downed Thingamajig.

Does Rose have any comments about her squad mates lack of movie culture?

And does Red Tape or Rose want to join LS and Love for a cheese and whine session post mission?

Um... Can't think of anything smart or funny right now that would add anything to that conversation. Mostly just huffy sounds, which aren't really important.

Is the cheese at least good? I can overlook a BYOB, but if Rose isn't going to be fed, there's not a lot of incentive. XD if there is food, she will go.

Alright. Cameras are a no go. The remote medic requires skill to use. Hm. The radar can be detected at twice its use range. Maybe, we could use that if we are fairly close? The chance of detection is extremely low. (The detect chance goes up the longer our range plus Love might be able to help mask the radars).
