What Item or Feat gives the following:

....Extra attacks during forced movement. Running a bard again and it has been too long and I forget the source but believe it was paragon tier or earlier where this magic item or feat allows you to grant attacks when you slide, push, or pull someone. it might not be all three, maybe only one of the three?

Are you thinking of the Paragon feat Agile Opportunist?

Benefit: When you are pulled, pushed, or slid into a square adjacent to an enemy, you can use an immediate reaction to make a melee basic attack against that enemy.

Edit: to add that it's a feat best utilized by allies of a Bard, of course.

I know the Bard handbook made reference to that one repeatedly. It's good for an ally to take, particularly a striker who isn't using a lot of their immediate actions otherwise.
