I thought this referred to his riding dog in #140 and #432, but no. Maybe he's stuck with the Order, and I think he complained about that once. I thought of the discussion with Buggy Lou in #685, but that's not it. It was the Order of the Stick though, or at least part of it: #520 third panel, Belkar complains to Tsukiko: "I've been stuck with these losers, bumming around making small-time raids of the food supply." Tsukiko had the much cooler option of joining Team Evil. OQ.

While we're waiting for another question, I made something for those of you who like to count things! I did some scraping, and have a list of how many times each comic was linked to in a trivia thread (not necessarily how many times it was the answer; that's hard to do automatically).

Trivia thread stats!

Interesting findings:

• Comics 389, 87, 122, and 387 are apparently trivia gold. Each of them has been linked to from this thread at least 100 times.
• Comics 527 and 482 are trivia anathema. They're the only comics from before BRitF that have been linked less than three times. Looking at them, it makes sense; I can't think of any trivia questions about them.
• BRitF and Utterly Dwarfed both have many comics that have never been linked.

I made such statistics in the last thread. I also asked a few questions about strips of which no questions had been asked, but then I found that too hard, so I progressed to strips with one, two or three references, usually making sure that I don't repeat an old question. You will see that I also found that #389 was the most frequently referenced strip.
