Monsters that deal negative levels

Does anyone know monsters that deal negative level. I know shadow dragon, specter, and devororor. Ideally, this is for a silly ilithid savant character so it would be an Su ability of something corporeal.

Does it have to be a monster, or will a plant or even a magic item do?

Vampire works. It's negative level feature is an su ability. Most of the monsters in libris mortis do negative energy damage but not negative levels per se, or they deal ability damage.
