Default [M&M 3e] How does Permanent Modifier interact with Morph Power?

I知 giving this to a character to help them maintain their secret identity, and since the morph is permanent until morph is used again, I thought this flaw would be appropriate. That said, there is also the continuous modifier, so I知 confused what the difference is.

Permanent can't be turned off. It usualy isn't appropriate at all for a Morph effect since the main point of Morph is to be able to switch it or turn it off. Superman's super-toughness is permanent : he can't stop his skin from being impervious from most harm, not even to let a surgeon extract the kryptonite bullet he got in his chest.

Sustained can be turned off, but it requires some form of active input from you to be kept running, so it shuts down when you are shut down. A Morph effect that is Sustained will have you revert to your original form when you are stunned or fall unconscious for any reason.

Continuous can be turned off at will, but doesn't require any input from you to keep going. It combines the strength of both Permanent and Sustained type effect, and that's why it's more expensive.
Yes, I am slightly egomaniac. Why didn't you ask?

Continuous is what I値l use, then. My chararacter is really queen Hatshepsut and is over 3500 years old, but he switches between a secret identity as 泥r. Lapis Falsey, PhD who teaches graduate-level egyptology at Oxford, and 哲ile Queen her superhero form.
