    Weapon and Armor Proficiency
Basic Weapons and Spears or Crossbows; no armor.

    Bonus Feats
The spellcaster gets one bonus feat at 1st level, one at 5th level, and another one at every fifth class level thereafter (10th, 15th, and so on).

    Spellcasting
A spellcaster learns and casts spells as a sorcerer. She may select her spells known from the cleric, druid, and sorcerer/wizard spell lists.

A spellcaster must choose at 1st level whether to be an arcane spellcaster or a divine spellcaster. This choice has no impact on the spells that she may learn, but affects what kinds of scrolls she can use and which ability score controls her spellcasting. An arcane spellcaster may designate either Intelligence or Charisma as the ability score that determines the highest-level spell she can learn or cast, and the Difficulty Class of her spell's-saving throws. A divine spellcaster must use Wisdom to determine the highest-level spell she can learn or cast, and the DC of her spell's saving throws.

    Multiclassing
A character can multiclass between arcane spellcaster and divine spellcaster.

    Spoiler: New Master Skill List
    Show
    Skill Description
Acrobatics Dex; Armor Check Penalty; Combines Balance, Escape Artist, the Hop up and Jump Down uses of Jump, and Tumble
    Appraise As written
Athletics Str; Armor Check Penalty; Combines Climb, the High Jump and Long Jump uses of Jump, and Swim
    Autohypnosis As written
    Concentration As written
Craft Key ability varies by specific skill. Otherwise as written
    Disguise As written
    Fly As the Pathfinder Skill
    Forgery As written
    Handle Animal As written
    Heal As written
Influence Cha; Combines Bluff, Diplomacy, Gather Information, and Intimidate
Innuendo Wis; A character can get a message across to another character with the Innuendo skill. The DC for a basic message is 10. The DC is 15 or 20 for complex messages, especially those that rely on getting across new information. Also, the character can retry to discern the hidden message in a conversation between two other characters who are using the skill. The DC is the skill check of the character using Innuendo, and for each piece of information that the eavesdropper is missing, that character suffers a -2 penalty on the check. For example, if a character eavesdrops on people planning to assassinate a visiting diplomat, the eavesdropper suffers a -2 if he doesn't know about the diplomat. Whether trying to send or intercept a message, a failure by 5 or more points means that some false information has been implied or inferred.
    Knowledge As written
Linguistics Int; Decipher Script as well as the following
Like Knowledge, Perform, Profession, and Craft, Speak Language is actually a number of separate skills. A character could have several Language skills, each with its own ranks, each purchased as a separate skill.

A character is treated as fluent in any language they begin play knowing. There is no chance of a character misunderstanding or miscommunicating something expressed in a language which with they are fluent. Any languages a character acquires through the Speak Language skill are treated as second languages and thus carry a risk of the character not fully understanding something they read or hear, or failing to properly communicate something they say or write. The DC to communicate or understand the simplest ideas (e.g. Come here, Be quiet, I'm tired) is 5. The DC to communicate or understand a straightforward idea (e.g. Be here at noon tomorrow, I'm trying to listen for something, We should rest soon) is 10. The DC to communicate or understand a complex idea (e.g. We should all meet at the tavern if the heist goes sideways, I think that bird call might have been artificial, We need to stop now or we won't have enough light to set up camp) is 15. And the DC to communicate or understand an esoteric or academic idea (e.g. How hearing works or Why the human body needs as much sleep as it does) is DC 20. These DCs increase by 5 if the idea is expressed by or to a hostile individual and they go down by 5 if expressed by or to a friendly individual.

Languages spoken by creatures native to planes other than the Prime Material Plane require DM permission to learn. If the Decipher Script function is used on an unknown language treat as an untrained check.
Perception Wis; Combines Listen, Search, and Spot
    Perform As written
Profession Key ability varies by specific skill. Otherwise as written
    Ride As written
    Read Lips Int; Trained Only;
You must be within 30 feet of the speaker and be able to see her speak. You must be able to understand the speaker's language. (Use of this skill is language-dependent.) The base DC is 15, and it is higher for complex speech or an inarticulate speaker. You have to concentrate on reading lips for a full minute before making the skill check, and you can't perform some other action during this minute. You can move at half speed but not any faster, and you must maintain a line of sight to the lips being read. If the check succeeds, you can understand the general content of a minute's worth of speaking, but you usually still miss certain details. If the check fails, you can't read the speaker's lips. If the check fails by 5 or more, you draw some incorrect conclusion about the speech. The DM rolls your check so you don't know whether you succeeded or missed by 5.
    Scry Varies according to spellcasting ability; Trained Only, You must be a Spellcaster to use this skill;
This skill allows you to use a mirrored surface and magic to to spy on a location or individual from afar. The DC for the check depends on many things such as the distance over which you are attempting to scry, the medium you are scrying through, your knowledge of the subject or location, and your connection to them. You must repeat the check every 5 minutes to maintain the connection.

For every 5 points by which you beat the DC you can add an addition sense to your scrying sensor. You can only touch or taste things that are in contact with your sensor
    Sense Motive As written
Spellcraft Varies according to spellcasting ability. Defaults to Int. Otherwise as written
Stealth Dex; Armor Check Penalty; Combines Hide and Move Silently
    Survival As written
Thievery Int or Dex; Combines Disable Device, Open Lock, and Pick Pocket (Sleight of Hand)
    Use Magic Device As written
    Use Rope As written

Any surviving synergies, i.e. those that have not been rolled into a single skill, still apply.
Five or more ranks in Innuendo gives a +2 synergy bonus to Sense Motive
Five or more ranks in Spellcraft gives a +2 synergy bonus to Scry

    Spoiler: Miscellaneous New Rules
    Show
    Critical Hits:
A critical hit is scored when a player rolls a natural 20. Natural critical hits by players do not need to be confirmed. Critical hits are also scored when a target's armor class is beaten by 10 or more. These kinds of critical hits, as well as those scored due to a weapon's increased threat range, do need to be confirmed. Damage from a critical hit can never be less than the maximum damage potential of a normal hit. For example, if an archer with a Longbow scores a critical hit (resulting in a roll of 3d8) the resulting damage is at least eight regardless of whether or not the dice returned a total less than eight.

    Critical Misses:
Critical misses occur when a natural 1 is rolled or when modifiers to an attack roll would bring the resulting total below zero. If a creature rolls a critical miss they must make a DC 5 Reflex Saving Throw or suffer a fumble. I have a fumble chart. It is not comical and most of the time I will describe the 'fumble' as the result of bad luck or a canny opponent rather than character incompetence.

    Skill/Feat Training:
Skill ranks can be gained with gold, time, and a trainer. A character can learn new skills by paying an amount of gold equal to the new rank squared times one hundred and spending a number of weeks equal to the new rank value. To teach a character, the trainer must have at least three more ranks in the relevant skill than their student's new rank.
Cost Formula: (New Rank Value)2x100gp Time Formula: New Rank Value in weeks

Feats can also be gained with gold, time, and a trainer. Since feats are more unpredictable than skill ranks their costs are similarly hard to formulate. As a rule of thumb feats will cost an amount of gold equal to the minimum level required to take them or the number of feat prerequisites they have, which ever is greater, squared times one thousand, and require a number of months to learn equal to the total cost divided by one thousand. A trainer must know the feat in question to be able to teach it to a student.
Cost Formula: (Minimum Level or # of feat prereqs)2x1000gp Time Formula: Cost/1000 in months

Changes to Magic Items: Crafting feats no longer require a caster level. Instead their prerequisite is a number of ranks in an applicable craft skill equal to the listed caster level +3. This means that, with the right feats anyone can brew potions, scribe scrolls, craft magic swords, etc. However artisans require detailed knowledge of the effect they are creating. This means either reverse engineering an existing item, having a recipe/diagram, or having the spell on their known list. Merely having a lightning bolt cast in their direction does not give them the ability to craft a shocking weapon.

Changes Armor Proficiency Rules: If you fight in armor or use a shield you are not proficient with for more rounds that you have points of Constitution Modifier (minimum 1 round) you will become Fatigued. If you continue to fight for more than your Constitution modifier in minutes (minimum 1 minute) you will become exhausted. Even if you don't fight, if you simply wear armor with which you are not proficient for a number of hours equal to your Constitution modifier (minimum 1 hour) you will become fatigued. This is in addition to the normal penalties for non-proficient use of armor and shields.

Okay, we have an IC Thread. Link added to the OP.

It's not much of an intro, but feel free to interact with the town as much or as little as you please.

You are all aware that the Sunless Citadel lies some seven miles to the southwest of Oakhurst, and that is your primary reason for coming this way.

Exactly how Adorellan says it does, of course if you go completely insane I reserve the right to say he is lying

Is this the usual speed of play-by-posts? Because Iím DMing two other games, and itís going surprisingly quickly.
    Current games:
    The Sunless Citadel
    Blade of the Four Fallen

For my games the rule is minimum one post a day. How well we stick to it depends on the players and my schedule If itís a split party I can get up to 6 or 7 posts a day for a single player.

Normal when starting with low post rates. It doesnít work with anything less than 1/day Iíve found, unless the game has been going for a while and people are committed.

It happens, betimes, to the young. Especially when people drop out or a lot of variant rules are being used.

We can try to revive with the actual surviving active members and re-recruit?

Not worth it with a non standard game that imploded on liftoff.
