Exalted 2e where does one find the crafting rules?

Hello guys :)

I am trying to find the crafting rules but fails.
Google gives me only results for 3e and the books are confusing.

Last meeting I started to craft a tail blade for other character(I made him buy a lot of oricalcom for me to use) and got great rolls(5 times 10, two times 9, I used 10 mots on the second Excellency and the last 4 rolls weren't a 1) but I can't find the rules that let me know how much I need to make an X level artifact.

My character have like 3 days or weeks(my memory is bad when it comes to time) to make it before we will go out(I have a portable lab that cost me 5 backround points so I can continue on the move).

Is there a table somewhere?

A book and page number will be enough.

If you want Art of Alchemy stuff, that is page 129.

Manses construction rules begin pg 57.

Artifact design begins on page 13 and 18. Page 19 has a table.

I saw this just before the game and had time to get the ST agreement for my artifacts (that was two 1 dot tail blades to a crocodile man, based on short swords and crafted with magitec from oricalcom).
