Frazzled DM Needs Northern Wilderness Encounter

Wrung-out DM needs help with a northern-themed encounter for tonight’s game. The party is third level, mix of martials and casters, not especially optimized but run by experienced players.

I’m looking for a stand-alone encounter that would fit well with wild northern terrain, ideally requiring little to no prep time. I’m open to all official Pathfinder content, including all Bestiaries and APs.

I’m aware that APs have encounters that fit into a much broader storyline, but I’m willing to poach if there’s an interesting creature/encounter that would fit for this party. Positive contributions greatly appreciated.

Four PCs, all single-classed at this point--magus, winter witch, alchemist and unchained rogue.

They also have several NPCs with them, a hodgepodge assortment of tagalongs and rescued slaves.
