Problem with the profanity filter
So apparently the name of the third longest river in Africa is filtered by the profanity filter, most probably because it's just one letter short of the infamous N-word. Is there a way to have it appear other than a series of asterisks?

Re: Problem with the profanity filter
The Mod on the Silver Mountain: Yes, you can do things such as type "Niger" in order to get "Niger," but if you use that tactic to actually work around the filter, you'll get hit with Circumventing the Filter. The example I usually use is that you can say Dick van Dyke, but you can't call someone a ****.
ETA: That is to say, you can bypass the filter for completely innocuous purposes such as proper names, but not for profanity, insults, or the like.Last edited by Peelee; 2019-09-11 at 02:16 PM.
