    JNA just need you to think of some sort of threat for the how the team came together questions and after those are answered its IC time though I don't know if this step is entirely necessary.

    You handled a gang of normal criminals, led by a man of moderate power-mostly telepathic. He didn't take on a cape name, but he brainwashed (through a combination of powers and words) troubled youths into committing crimes for his benefit.

    Jumbus making JNA determine the foe for us when that's something we're supposed to be allowed to do ourselves so we can actually answer the questions sure didn't help, but I guess I can skip ahead to mine. Though I probably could have come up with something a lot more interesting without that unnecessary limitation.
    Doesn't help we all have to answer these questions in regards to "a number of unpowered teenagers" as our big threat.

    We totally broke some major rules to win the fight. What rules did we break? Whose rules were they?
    We had to fight inside of a school without evacuating it first and get civilians involved. We got civilians involved instead of letting the villain get away to ensure their safety. Hero rules, probably the school rules too. There was an awful lot of running in the hallways.

    We paid a high cost for victory. What was it?

    Youd think that fighting against normal kids would be a cakewalk, but its not that simple. Sure, there wasnt a whole lot any of them could do to us, but we had to be careful not to hurt them. And they had no trouble causing hurt to other kids just caught in the crossfire.

    So, Im just attending school, all hell breaks loose, and a handful of other kids like me (more or less) end up being the resistance. Like I said, we have to be careful not hurt anyone too badly, and the guy screwing with peoples heads caught on. By the time wed incapacitated several of his thralls and it was clear things werent going to go his way, he tried to distract us by sending his kids scattering in all directions with instruction to go out in a gloriously messy fashion. He figured wed be too busy keeping kids alive to stop him from getting away, and he was right...mostly.

    If he got away hed just start up all over again somewhere else and more people would get hurt. While my allies-of-the-moment contained the suicidal stampede, I focused on getting the douchebag that started all of this. And I got him; we saved the day! Itswell, Im pretty sure if Id joined in with the others, the girl that threw herself off the school roof would still be with us.

    Sorry I didn't get this written up yesterday; I've been pretty busy. Also I'll go over this again tomorrow to make sure I didn't make any major proofreading mistakes, but I want to get something up now to keep things moving.

    All things considered, we did well and impressed an established hero. Who was it?

    The hero we impressed was Riptide, an up and coming Atlantean hero and newest member of the Halcyon's Cities most prestigious superteam, the Freedom Five. He arrived at the school just as the fight ended, and was proud to see young members of the community standing up to defend their peers, but at the same time he warned us that next time we should wait for more experienced heroes to arrive, to prevent unnecessary damages and casualties.

    We stuck together after all was said and done. Why? Howd we keep in contact?

    "The team as a whole had worked, everyone played their part well. I think I should take some credit for the idea here though. Considering Inheritor and I had teamed up previously and I was looking to establish myself as a hero, its seemed to be a perfect opportunity. I suggested the idea to Inheritor and well he took the whole talking thing from there. I also supplied the team later with communicators courtesy of the Spider."

    By the way usually things like that have some sort of roll for the player to evade or block such an attack using Take A Powerful Blow. If there needs to be a damsel in distress type situation without rolling it is best to use a civilian in my belief anyway. I think its good for now but you should keep some future reference about that.

    In the case of Directly Engage, if you miss this means you didn't select the "resist or avoid their blows" option so you take a hit of some kind. Note: Not every hit should be a Powerful Blow.
    But in the case of some other moves, missing just means you fail to accomplish whatever it was.

    Take A Powerful Blow: (2d6)[7]
    Result: you lash out verbally: provoke a teammate to foolhardy action

    I think since the Might's action hasn't been described in the IC yet it'd make sense for us to say that Trouble's words preceded it.

    If I remember correctly (currently can't look it up, cause my stuff is on another PC), on a Miss (or Partial Hit) the GM get's to use a move. I think Hard Moves when someone Misses (<=6) and Soft Moves when someone get's a only a Partial Hit (7-9).

    I also think against Soft Moves other players can intervene (using their own moves like Defend).
