So I am here to deliver the news about Marvel and 40k team-up for licensed comics.
Probably stand-alone, so no "Avengers vs. Chaos" or something.
But considering Marvel's lackluster runs, I am concerned and wanted opinions WITHOUT the typical and vocal fans.

From what limited information is in the post, it looks like little more than a distribution deal. I wouldn’t worry too much about it, at least not until we get more info. This is something Marvel’s done for awhile. They got deals for books like Ender’s Game and Dunk and Egg, and while the quality was iffy at the start it seems pretty good at least from the few I’ve read. I know they’ve also spread out to become distributors for Riot Games’ comics. Where, as far as I understand, the writing is done in how by Riot writers and it’s only the page design and art that Marvel has their hand in.

I’d expect much the same from this.

Well, that is what I hope.
Consider that Marvel's own 40k writer, Abnett is out in DC and will be busy with Annihilation as I stated before.

Well, Rivera’s America Chavez run, which has been lambasted by older fans from Gillen’s Young Avengers run.
Like attempt at being hip and new yet lacking canonical knowledge and poor story plotting. Also didn’t help that news outside of comic fans assume that she is the new one and never heard of Young Avengers.
Though I know what you mean by “regret” since many of those critics of “assumed to be rational critic yet lack comic lore and manners” tend to conflate that with Kamala Khan despite actually better written (Coates can have flaws but at least he isn’t Hudson). Fellows at scans-daily hate them just for nuance.
Also Civil War 2, the Inhuman debacle, currently unsatisfactory Marvel Cosmos Run, and having a comic franchise known for superhero's "deaths" being resurrected out of "optimistic status quo" contracted by a company known for bleak, grim-dark universe where a theocratic imperialist human empire is the nominal "good guy" becuase other side are genocidal robots, treachorous space elves, depraved space elves, psychopathic traitors, and bloodthirsty green fungus.
