Password Change Issue

Greetings all,

I have tried for months to change my password using the Lost Password function with no luck. No email comes to my registered email to this site. Not in junk mail either.

The only reason why I am on now is because I am using my old phone which has "Remember me" as a function, but it doesn't show my password. Top security! !

I can't sign in with my new phone, nor on a desktop.

Can someone direct me to a SIM master or some such to get my password reset?

I have tried numerous "contact us" and "lost password" attempts and no luck

On phone you can click on ‘full site’ then go to your settings, edit profile, edit password. Does that work okay?

Yeah, I tried that and no dice. You need the current password to make any changes.


Any admin available for a pointer? The password recovery from the homepage (Forgot Password click) says "Look for an email to reset." But I never get an email. It's correct and not sitting in junk mail

Sorry you're having that problem. I suggest using the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page and choose "Login Issue."
