I want to preface this thread by saying I am very mature!

So I was watching a children's program because I'm a man close to the age of 30 when I saw this commercial:



There's a lightsaber toy that let's you choose what sounds to use when you swing it. So I could have a lightsaber that makes a fart sound?!?! Guys, I think we've peaked as a species. Nothing will ever be this awesome!

Funny story: a few years ago when The Force Awakened came out - the August before the film came out I saw commercials for toys for the film. I scolded and mocked people who bought toys in August (or even later) for a film they had not seen. Yes, I mocked and condemned people for buying a product for a film they might end up hating?

Does this make me a hypocrite? I mean lightsabers are not specific to anyone Star Wars film. Plus I have no desire to see Episode IX...Rise of the Skywalker or whatever it's called. I just want a lightsaber that makes fart sounds as I wave it around.
