Which of these on my final list is the best idea?

This is my last post on this forum and I am quitting future tech with the 2020 New Year. I’m going to write a story (again) but I have this list that I want to put closure on.

Which of these techs or sciences would probably not be already created by the time of the end of the Sequel Trilogy. The list is long but like I said. It’s my final post.
So basically pick something that could fit well into Star Wars. It can be multiple things, and I have provided some info on ones you might be unfamiliar with. Basically pick something that could fit into Star Wars and is advanced enough that you wouldn't already assume they don't have it yet. Also, if you know they have it already, you can skip it.
