    Default Sha'ir 3.5 wizard variant homebrew

    I think I've created the definitive 3.5 sha'ir after much trial and failure. Mechanics are simplified, and real relationships with genies are established.

    PDF here. Designed to be tier one. Roughly on part with the wizard.

    Major update to the PDF. Also includes additional fluff modeled around the final 3.5e products released by WoTC.
