[Item] Bribery for your brain
Penny For Your Thoughts
This perfectly normal coin is in fact a clever counterfeit, a copper layer covering over the crystalline innards. Those who hold the penny begin to tell whatever they are currently thinking for one round. After this round they are unaffected again unless it is removed from their person and retaken. This penny does not work if forced upon the being, the target must take of the penny freely.

Re: [Item] Bribery for your brain
BOO! Hiss! Bad joke! (Neat item though. The kind of thing I'd expect to find in a magic joke-shop.)
Before you ask, I didn't know what it meant when I put it in my username. Do NOT ask.

Re: [Item] Bribery for your brain
Worse than the material component for Haste being something that tends to give you "the runs" if consumed in excess?

Re: [Item] Bribery for your brain
It will only work for D20 Modern, unless you could convince someone it's copper piece.

Re: [Item] Bribery for your brain
If you are talking about the material component pun: It is the smallest denomination of coin, and it is copper colored... close enough.
