Re: Avatar Battle Royale - Discussion
Luckily for me, getting impaled isn't the most serious thing that can happen to me, probably lost like thirty hitpoints, and seeing as I'm pretty high level with an pretty good constitution score (stats are probably the only thing I can roll well), I'm still in the tripe digits as far as my life counter goes.
Time to rage...

Re: Avatar Battle Royale - Discussion
You got impaled by a line-shaped solid fireball.
lets roll the damage
20d6+4d8 (the 4d8 is from the impalement itself)
http://invisiblecastle.com/find.py?id=1358671
Lets also note that you got two cuts from a sword with an unknown enchantment (pretty damn high BTW), and that 7 additional fireballs are heading to you.
are you SURE you are lucky?Last edited by boomwolf; 2007-11-07 at 09:48 AM.

Re: Avatar Battle Royale - Discussion
Ooh! Lot's of pictures for the trailer. I'll insert them in... but first I'll add the background... Most people forgot. Oh well I'll do it for them. And probably no comics from me today. Fresh out of ideas.
Oh and jason, probably not going to be you four in there the same way as the last trailer. But I'll put in the other picture.Last edited by Omicroncubed; 2007-11-07 at 10:45 AM.

Re: Avatar Battle Royale - Discussion
Hey guys! The trailer is finally finished. Personally, I think it is a little overexaggerated with some of those words
Anyway hope you enjoy it.

Re: Avatar Battle Royale - Discussion
I would like to ask, HOW you managed to do that in a single round...cause that seems a bit excessive.
Let's assume I'm level seventy at minimum, cause I want tireless rage, that would mean 17d12 with a +3 to constitution (not kidding, my last character didn't have an ability score below fifteen) that would mean if I average let's say, eight hitpoints per level, and add my constitution modifier, that would mean a grand total off 187, whilst your 99 dmage did hurt alot, it's not so damaging that I would back off, not when I could go rage and and gain an extra 51 hitpoints, bringing me up to 139 (seeing as I have tireless rage I also have greater rage, which gives me a +6 to constitution, retroactive for seventeen levels). Also, your gonna have to hope I don't make my freflex saves or your blades can get through my AC. So all I have to say, is be prepared for a charge attack.

Okay, here is my 2 hour 30 minute drawing of our good Dro-Moonelf, Threeshades.
The sword blade and the ponytail look wrong to me, did I miss anything else?

Re: Avatar Battle Royale - Discussion
You can get Rage without tiring long before 70th level, heck a couple levels in Frenzied Berserker (The premier Barbarian PrC) will eliminate the tire

Re: Avatar Battle Royale - Discussion
Metamagic, all fireballs take me only one round. as long I use only fireballs.
As one of the fireballs in making the attacks with the sword and not me, I didn't even finish my first round.
At least I didnt get to use something else I can do (but I am generally reserving for the higher-ups I can do it only once a week.)
But at least these are only 20d6 (non-delay delayed-blast) fireballs huh?
My other aggressive spells will be used later. as they are not as abusable as fireballs and therefor call for specific events to be useful.
Also, he meant seventeen not seventy. its a typo.
