    Fezim Aulm - Increasingly Desperate Mind Messer

    His decision taken, Fezim did not relent for a second in his attack. Voice strenghtened by an anger he'd rarely felt, he took up the orb's spell a second time, quickly creating a second sphere of energy in his hand. His fingers stayed crooked around it during the orb's formation, as if holding the energy demanded a particular effort.

    The moment the orb was complete, he threw it at the fake Celdur, hoping to cause more damage than with the first. "You are not Celdur, and I want an explanation now."

    Cursing as he caught the full force of the cold blast, Fezim didn't think of it long. The man's latest declaration was for more important. What in the Abyss? What will it be next? The great-great-great-grandchildren?

    He sighed, before smirking. "Oh, sweet irony. This shape you are wearing... My companion's. He happens to be none other than Jessana's son. I hope you are not... doing anything to him. It would be a shame to push dear Jessana's limits any further." Crisp smirk remaining, Fezim prepared his next spell and threw his sonic orb without waiting.

    Fezim chuckled. "I never say nonsense. It is indeed his son, who took the time to travel back in time for the sole reason of making me pay." Fezim smiled, sorting through his thoughts for the next move. He should leave. By all means, it was the logical thing to do.

    It certainly wasn't his next step. Fezim Aulm grabbed the amulet at his neck, calling out a single word. "Fira!" A small ball of fire erupted from him, exploding straight on his opponent.

    Though the fighting echoed through the cave loudly, one particular sound carried through the noise, reaching Celdur's ears and stabbing his heart more surely than any of Jack's attacks. It was but a weak groan, escaping lips too tired to hold it back, but it was followed by the slight clanking of chains, and a familiar woman's voice. "C-Celdur?"

    A glance back - past the pole he'd been tied to, down the cave's darkest areas - finished the heart shattering. Hands and ankles tied by chains to the rock, curled up in a defensive position, Celdur could guess Jessana's form. She was in such a position to hide herself as best as she could, for her clothes had been entirely removed. In the dim light, Celdur caught sight of cuts and bruises, clear sign she'd been through Hell again.

    Jessana looked up proudly. "Just get him." She hissed. A strange smile crossed her features, and she closed her eyes. "Heironeous, help us in our time our need. Send forth my trusted companion, that he may aid in this battle." The prayer had been said in a soft, firm voice, and it was not left unanswered: sparks of light appeared behind Jack, slowly coalescing into a majestic, pale grey horse.

    Let resourcefullness kick in, folks! This is a full-round action, which means you can interrupt her (provoking cute AoO from Celdur, since he's in-between (an AoO he'd take as a trip attempt, so you want to just let Parra roll)). Otherwise, the horse will appear at the beggining of her next turn, providing flanking to Celdur and acting on Jessana's initiative. Yay!

    Jack's smile only caused Jessana to curl up more tightly, but she didn't even pause in her spell. "Let the wind forever guide its hooves." She finished, raising her voice as the prayer came to an end. Behind Jack, the horse had taken material form and was in no way hindered by the magical protection.

    Taller and stronger than most horses, it had an almost shining pale grey colour. Its mane was thick, healthy and of a darker grey, and the horse shook it once before heading Jessana's next call. "Get him, Zephyr!" The warhorse reared, striking out twice with its sturdy hooves before attempting to bite his enemy.

    Paladin mounts keep their original alignement, which is the same for all animals: TN. We've looked up about any source we could find (CDivine, PHB and PHB2, Monsters on the SRD) and nothing says it becomes good, even less lawful. So I'm guessing only Jessana will be affected by the Circle.

    Fezim Aulm - Forming the Craziest Plan Ever

    "Aah, if you won't hear reason.. I'm afraid I cannot allow you to do so. I'm leaving... perhaps we'll meet again!" Fezim replied, before raising his right hand. Shaking from the consecutive blasts of cold, he nonetheless cast the last useful spell he had left - and disappeared.

    Moving only five feet away from his previous location, Fezim kneeled on the ground and reached into his magical sack. He came out with three items: a bottle of wine, a handkerchief and a small vial. A smirk hovered over his feature as he looked at each of them... it was crazy, but it would work.

    Jessana Windrider and her Kickass Horse

    Jessana nodded, but didn't give Zephyr any verbal orders. She closed her eyes, imagining the paladin of slaughter stuck under his front hooves, on the ground, and focused on it. She knew the intelligent horse would understand, and act upon the idea.

    And he did. Once again rearing, Zephyr didn't attack Jack a second time. Instead he did a slight hop forward and let himself fall on him, his two front hooves firmly set on his chest. If his hold is secure, he'll briefly slam one of the two hooves in Jack.

    While Zephyr kept Jack busy, Jessana prepared for Celdur's arrival. There was still more she could do if only... if only she could reach him. Tugging on the chains as much as she could, she extended a shaking hand and grabbed Celdur's. She gulped, holding tightly, and called forth her granted powers once more. Healing energy flowed from her hand to Celdur's, fixing his wounds at an incredible speed. Jessana smiled weakly "Take him down. Please.. for me and-and for the baby."

I can do it because I have high enough a Base BAB to act twice (once to initiate, twice to attack) but the bonus is lower because of it. Also, the horse has Imp. Grapple, so no AoO on him.
    As for Jessana, I'm simply pouring all the Lay on Hands in Celdur, for 45 HP healed! Go team Paladin!

He was only able to give her a hopeful smile and a nod as he turned back from her, re-engaging the enemy - feeling reinvigorated, albeit a bit peculiar by fighting to defend his unborn self.

    Fezim smirked as Jessana's Father left. That's it, old man. Tell me where Celdur is. He hurried through his preparations, knowing he'd be no use without his most recent.. invention.

    Removing the Necklace of Fireball from his neck, Fezim tore off one of the weakest bead. He rolled the others in the handkerchief, hiding them from view, before tying the cloth to his bottle of wine. Hopefully I'll never have to waste you... Sighing, he pocketed the last bead, rose up again and followed after the other mage - explosive cocktail in hand.
