"What are these prisinors in for?" a guard says as he points at your cells.

Flipping through a clipboard, the other guard replies, "Looks like some minor felonies, nothing serious."

"Well through them all in one cell, we may need the space."

The two guards move all of you from your individual cells into one larger cell. As the guard shuts the door, he says, "Might as well make yoursleves at home and get to know one another. You may get a trial in a few weeks. Now no killing eachother as we have two importent guests coming by soon, so behave!" The guard walks off down the hall, leaving you alone.

The cell you are in is just large enough for five people, and is realativly clean. The sole source of light is a grimy lantern hanging from a chain in the hall. No one else is in this cell block. Each of you still has his armor/clothes but no other items.

Bellna Bronzebottom

A stout and homely Dwarf woman strides into the cell and sits herself down in the corner. She wears her hair braided down her back in much the same fashion that Dwarven men keep their beards. She has a rather smug look on her face and she begins to whistle as she sits against the wall. Eying the rest of her cellmates with slight amusement, she waits till the guards have left before asking out loud:

"So, anyone mind if I break out of here? This is the third time I've been thrown in here for 'disturbing the peace' and let me tell you, the food here is barely edible, even for a Dwarf!"

[Raynn]

"I'm not rather fond of the idea of rotting in a jail cell just to be judged by a city that I should be out helping to amend. If anyone wants to help then you've got a friend for life with me," Adrin says with a cocky smile.
He outstetches his hand and shuts his eyes seeming to concentrate intensely.
"Winter that runs..." Adrin whispers as a Wolf, mostly white and grey with a red tribal like swirls pattern on its back seems to appear from nowhere just outside the cell in then hall.

I'm assuming being able to summon him with a burst 20 means I can summon him outside the cell.

"Winter, go look for a way out, come back if you find one, understand?"
Adrin turns back to the others "I'm here cause I want to make this place better for everyone, not just the bigots in charge, my name is Adrin Narrin. Why are you all here? Who are you? Anything you can do to help?"

The Dwarven woman begins to laugh as the wolf is summoned.

"So you can speak with the spirits as well?"

She then summons her Spirit Companion just outside the cell door. Hers is a massive black bear with glowing blue streaks accenting its muscular build. With a wave of her hand the bear begins to rend and tear at the bars. If there is enough room, Bellna has the bear move through the bars and into the cell to bash at the door from the other side.

[Raynn]

"yes, but no where near as adeptly as you seemingly can, miss...?" Adrin questions with a grin.

[sazzer]

Jisse

Being taken from her single cell and thrown in with these other people, Jisse shrinks into the far corner trying to keep inconspicuous... On hearing the dwarf mention escape, she suddenly gets more interested in her new cellmates. I shouldn't even be here! Didn't do nothing wrong! If your getting out, I'm in...

[Raynn]

Eyeing Jisse and waving towards the door "would anyone like to try to pick the lock before the menagerie of spiritual companions attract the guards attention?"

[sazzer]

Jisse

I might be able to - an, erm, friend of mine showed me how to open some simple locks when I was younger...

[Emlyn]

The lock clicks and the door is unlocked. The light is dim but you can see a door at both ends of the room, the hallway is about 60ft long. The guard went through the right door earlier.

[Raynn]

"Winter, return," Adrin calls for his spirit companion.

"You may want to look away for this part if you have a weak stomach," Adrin says with a laugh.

A moment later his back arches as his head begins to elongate, after a less than a moment Adrin had become a White canine with elongated ears, but not quite a dog not quite a wolf. He shares the same red swirls as winter on his back now and has red irised eyes.

"Winter and I can take point, anyone here like these two ladies who want to be free of the threat of summary execution should follow," As Adrin's now animalistic voice grows quite again he and the other wolf turn as one and head towards the direction the guard went.

Investigator Orry Archer is going through his files at his apartment when he hears of a commotion and a mass arrest occuring in the public square. Looks like the Speaker has forced the Law to randomly arrest innocent people in the hopes that they might get someone, anyone, that can lead them to the enigmatic Speaker.

It should be a simple matter to get them released under his custody. They were working with him to expose those loyal to the Speaker. Yes, that should do it. Hopefully he won't run into someone ranked higher than him.

Orry makes his way to the jail...

Uurgh Jericho groans as he awakes and gets up, clutching his head "Something hit me hard, and who the hell are you guys, youre not from my squad, you better explain right now what the f*ck I am doing in here before I roast someone" Jericho growls as he realizes that he is in a prison cell with strangers. Jericho starts to gather lightning in his hand.

[Raynn]

Adrin returns to the entrance to the cell with winter by his side "I am an Elf who at the moment is a talking dog wolf creature, the girl seems to be a rogue of some kind from her skill at lockpicking and the nice Dwarven woman is a spirit medium or I believe you might call her a shaman. Assuming from the light show in your hand that you possess the ability to tell the basic laws of physics, such as electrical and heat conduction, to shut up and sit down would you like to assist in our escape."

Adrin then turns away with Winter and heads to follow the Guard.

The Dwarven woman gets to her feet, seeming very bored. She waves her hand and the giant bear nods to her before shambling forward. Bellna begins to whistle again as she follows the Druid out of the prison, apparently quite unimpressed by being held prisoner.

[Emlyn]

As you near the wooden door you can hear several voices speaking, but can't make out any of the words. There is a metal handle on the door as well as a keyhole.

[sazzer]

Jisse

Still nervous and not ready to trust these new people yet, despite the fact they are all breaking out of jail together.I'm not a thief! I'm an... A jewellery supplier. That's all. Not done nothing wrong!

[DJDizzy]

"Why dont we just blow the door to hell and get out of here?" Jericho asks as he calms down and turns his attention to the door, walking over to it and feels how sturdy it is.

"Perhaps we could bash it down or I could rip it off its hinges with magic"

Maybe the other door is safer?

[Aron Times]

Orry Archer is talking to the ranking officer in the jail. "Guardsman Officer, I must speak with you on a matter of national security.". Orry then tells the man about his sting operation, about how his agents were accidentally arrested by the Guard.

Orry isn't a very good liar, but he hopes that his rank will keep the officer from questioning his actions.

AS the door breaks of it's hinges you find yourself looking at four very surprised human guards. By the leftmost guard you see two chests, possibly containing weapons or maybe your own items.

Shortly, but it's a rather large jail and you are in the main reception and booking area. There's a few halls and rooms between you and them. Don't worry, you'll get in soon enough.
